Privacy policy.

Plain language version: we collect the minimum we need to deliver the membership and the newsletter. We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising trackers. Most things you'd worry about, we already decided not to do.
What we collect.
- Email address — for sign-in, transactional email, and the newsletter.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number. We store the Stripe customer ID and current membership tier.
- Privacy-respecting analytics — we use Plausible. No cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking. Aggregate page views only.
- Anything you send us — messages, support replies, group-chat content — we keep so we can do our job.
What we don't collect.
- No advertising trackers, ever.
- No cross-site identifiers.
- No IP-address logging beyond what the host (Cloudflare) needs for security and we never read.
- No social-login data harvesting.
Who we share with.
Only the tools we need to run the service:
- Stripe — payments.
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Resend — transactional email (magic links, receipts).
- Substack — newsletter delivery.
- Plausible — aggregate analytics.
We never sell or rent your data. We don't use it to train external models.
How long we keep it.
As long as your membership is active, and for 30 days after cancellation. Email you to hello@austinaiclub.com any time and we'll delete everything sooner — usually same day.
Your rights.
Email hello@austinaiclub.com for any of: export my data, delete my data, correct something, stop sending me email. We respond within one business day.
Where this doesn't apply.
The newsletter is delivered through Substack. Their privacy policy governs that channel: substack.com/privacy.
Payments are handled by Stripe under their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
