Terms of service.

Plain language version: pay your membership monthly, get the content. Cancel any time, no refund on past months. Treat the chat with respect. Don't redistribute the paid content. That's it.
Who we are.
Austin AI Club is operated out of Austin, Texas. Membership and content delivery are run by the same person who writes most of the material. Contact for any of this: hello@austinaiclub.com.
What you get.
- Free — the newsletter.
- Inside Line · $40/mo — the full library, the full stacks (3rd–5th picks plus walkthroughs), the private group chat, the monthly stack-roast call, and twice-monthly group office hours.
- Office Hours · $90/mo — everything above plus one 30-minute 1:1 office hours session per month and a flagged thread in chat that gets answered first.
Billing.
Monthly recurring through Stripe. Charged on the same date each month from your sign-up date. You can switch tiers up or down any time — proration is handled by Stripe.
Cancellation and refunds.
Cancel any time in the Stripe Customer Portal — one click. You keep access through the end of the current billing month. No refunds on past months.
If something went genuinely wrong (double charge, technical failure on our side, billing on a canceled account), email hello@austinaiclub.com and we'll fix it within one business day.
Content use.
The paid library is for you. Use what's in it at your own business or your clients' businesses — that's the whole point.
Don't:
- Republish guides or stacks verbatim on a public site you control.
- Share your sign-in link with people who haven't paid.
- Resell the content as a course or book of your own.
If you want to quote a guide in your own writing, do it — credit and link back to the original page. Fair use applies.
Group chat conduct.
Be honest, be useful, be civil. Don't:
- Self-promote in a way that doesn't help anyone else.
- Post other members' private information.
- Recruit aggressively for your services.
The chat is a working room, not a marketplace. If something looks off, email hello@austinaiclub.com. Repeat violations lose chat access.
Disclaimers.
Everything in the library is what we use or have used. It's not professional, legal, or financial advice. If you ship something based on a guide and it breaks, that's on you. We're happy to help you debug it — we're not insuring it.
Changes.
If we change these terms, we'll email active members with a summary at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then with no questions.
